PGA Championship Flashbacks

Before getting deep into the weeds, let's take a look back at some great PGA Championship winners…

How about Duf with the half court shot here for eagle. Packing Lips, Bangin Chicks: The Jason Dufner Biography

I have a little Tiger Woods in my pants after that video. Never Over Par, Banging Porn Stars: The Tiger Woods Biography.

^Golfers are so sneaky raunchy I love it. All the purists try to pretend its a gentlemen's game played by gentlemen. Nope. It's a gentlemen's game played by horny savages.

How could I not toss a little Y.E. Yang in there?? He's fired up and now I'm fired up for this week's event. (Very difficult to find any videos of Y.E. Yang. He's like the Yeti. You know he exists but footage is hard to come by. I guess that's what happens when you win 2 PGA tournaments.)

The sky is blue. Water is wet. We're gonna fit John Daly into every article we write. Those luscious blonde locks and mustache only a porn star could love. Nothing like John getting the crowd involved. Speaking of getting the gallery involved…

Might be the best moment ever on a golf course. Can you imagine the convo with the "public relations lady" afterwards?

Virginia Venit: "What's this I hear about you breaking a club and throwing it in the ocean?"

John Daly: "I didn't break it. And I placed it in the ocean so it could be with it's family."

"I shall always count Baltusrol among my favorite courses – it is certainly one of the finest in the world." -Jack Nickaulus

This is the sweet spot of the PGA season. Open Championship, RBC Canadian Open, PGA Championship, Olympics, Brofessional Golfer Staff live from the Travelers. And is there a city in the world that screams the 100th PGA Championship more than Springfield, NJ? Jack took home 2 U.S. Open championships at Baltusrol. The course last hosted the PGA Championship in 2005 when Phil took home the title. Probably snuck over to Wall St after his rounds and got some hot tips.

Day got Spieth by 3 strokes last year, but Vegas oddmakers favor 2 recent major winners. Dustin Johnson comes in as favorite at +800 while Henrik Stenson rounds out the top 5 at +1400 (relax, Vegas). The big 3 make up the rest of the top 5 in Vegas (Day +900, McIlroy +900, Spieth +1400). Do you believe that Jordan Spieth leads the tour in average putts per round? Do you believe in Hillary's ability to lead the free world? Of course not. Seems like the narrative around Spieth is that his putting hasn't been up to par this year. Ending the year on a high note sure would put the Masters behind him for good.

The Lower Course at Baltusrol plays 7400 yards. As I mentioned, Lefty (+1800) walked away with the crown in '05 at Baltusrol. For this go around, the favorite in everyone's mind should be Jason Day. My favorite value bet this week is Branden Grace at +4900. Grace finished 3rd in last year's PGA Championship and T5 at this year's U.S. Open. Keep guys like Justin Rose (+2800) and Patrick Reed (+4300) on your radar. Reed will be representing the U.S. in the 'pics in Rio so, if you need a little extra incentive to root for Reed, consider America.

Danny Willett, Dustin Johnson, Henrik Stenson… Who will round out this year's major winners? Stay tuned tomorrow for "expert" picks from the BG Staff.
